Background:

Kevin is a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia (VA) who earned a BA in Political Science from James Madison University and his Juris Doctor from the William & Mary School of Law.  He was previously employed as a Senior Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Virginia Beach, and as in-house counsel at Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC in Norfolk where he handled defense litigation.
