The North Carolina Wrongful Death Lawyers’ Perspective

There is no excuse for getting behind the wheel after drinking. Unfortunately, it happens all too often and causes irreparable consequences to innocent families. As experienced North Carolina (NC) wrongful death attorneys we have been there for many families in their time of need. While we have successfully provided compensation for victims’ families, cases of this nature also help further the battle against drunk driving; it is an unacceptable and selfish act that will not be tolerated. Whenever clients hire us to represent them for a wrongful death caused by drunk driving we identify all sources of insurance to help our client receive maximum compensation, and we are willing to seek punitive damages against the at-fault driver if there is evidence of gross negligence. In a 2008-2009 case, a drunk driver rear ended our clients’ car; all four victims in the car had to be rushed to the emergency room. With our exceptional experience as personal injury lawyers we were able to settle claims for all four clients.
