The North Carolina Lawyer Perspective:

It’s imperative for drivers to always be alert to the activity that is taking place on the road around them. We must always be aware, especially when driving on a highway at faster speeds, that at any given moment, we may have to stop suddenly.

The victims of this crash may suffer from long-term injuries from this accident. They should consult with a North Carolina personal injury attorney to find out what compensation they may be entitled to for any pain and loss brought on because of the Mazda’s driver failure to reduce speed.
