In his latest post to our personal injury law firm’s Virginia Beach Injuryboard blog site, my colleague John C. joins with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission in taking Black & Decker to task for delaying its recall of defective Grasshog XP trimmer/edgers that had caused more than 150 cut and laceration injuries.
