Boones Mill, VA Teen Killed in Car Crash | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

A 17-year-old passenger was killed in a Franklin County, Virginia (VA), car crash.

According to the Franklin News-Post, the teenaged driver of a Mercury Cougar lost control of her car on Route 122 and struck four other vehicles before running off the road and slammng into a building. The at-fault driver had been speeding around a curve and crossed over the center line into the path of oncoing traffic.

A total of four people were also injured in the accident. Those survivors were transported to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, and police continue to investigate the wreckaccident.
