What Happened: As reported by dailypress.com, a driver on I-64 in Hampton was driving on the exit ramp for the Magruder Boulevard exit and then attempted to switch lanes back onto the interstate. The driver then struck another car, sending it airborne and into a ditch on the side of the highway. The victim and the at-fault driver were taken to the hospital for injuries; police investigations were ongoing at the time of this posting.
