Car Driver Injured in Intersection Collision/Accident

On September 4, 2004, Car driver client EM was driving his vehicle on 22nd Street heading to I-264 when his vehicle was struck from the left side by another vehicle attempting to cross 22nd
Street at an intersection in Virginia Beach (Va. Beach), causing his personal injuries.  The Car driver client was transported to a local hospital where he was examined in the emergency room and discharged with a diagnosis of a cervical and lumbar sprain.
