Virginia Personal Injury Lawyer Perspective:
We extend our deep condolences to the car driver in this terrible accident. All drivers should remember to make sure that there is enough distance between themselves and oncoming traffic when they pull onto a busy road.
A Virginia personal injury lawyer could be helpful in reviewing this case, to determine if a civil lawsuit may be filed on behalf of one the parties in the accident.
