My colleague John C. has posted a new blog on the Norfolk, Portsmouth & Hampton Injury Board about a vehicle fire that claimed the life of a U.S. Navy sailor and injured his family. The incident raises worrying questions over the liabilty of the manufacturer of his new Chevrolet Traverse. In this accident on the I-64 in Norfolk, Virginia (VA), no other vehicle was involved, and a faulty fuel line appears to be to blame.
