What Happened:

While driving on Parker Road in Danville, Virginia, a Chevrolet Corsica left the roadway and crashed, injuring three teenagers. The driver was charged with DUI after he was found walking nearby. The two passengers were trapped in the vehicle and had to be pulled out by Virginia State Police.

The Virginia Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

We are relieved that no one appears to have been seriously injured in this foolish accident involving alcohol. The driver has been charged so far with DUI, but could face more charges down the road. The two teenagers who were injured due to the driver’s bad judgment should speak to a Virginia personal injury lawyer. Their injuries could entitle them to financial restitution.
