Dump Truck Crash Seriously Injures Car Driver | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

What Happened:

A dump truck slammed into a Nissan Maxima near Midlothian Turnpike and Old Hundred Road in Chesterfield, Virginia. The dump truck smashed into the driver’s side door of the car. The car driver had to be cut from the vehicle, and he was flown by medical helicopter to MCV Medical Center.

The extent of the Nissan driver’s injuries are not known, only that they are life threatening. The dump truck driver is not yet facing charges, but the Virginia State police continue to investigate, WRIC stated.
