Failure to Yield Right-of-Way Causes Three-Car Accident | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

What Happened: As reported by leesburgtoday.com, a driver was charged with failing to yield the right-of-way and causing a three-car crash at the intersection of Cascades Parkway and Algonkian Parkway in Cascades, Virginia. According to the state police, all three drivers had green lights at the intersection, but the at-fault driver did not have the right-of-way while making a left turn, and their motor vehicle was then hit by a pickup truck. A third vehicle then became involved in the accident. The accident resulted in two of the drivers suffering injuries and being taken to a local hospital for treatment. The at-fault driver was subsequently charged.
