In his latest post to our firm’s Virginia Brain/Head Injury Lawyers blog site, Rick Shapiro reports on a $10 million jury award for a Connecticut (CT) man who suffered a traumatic brain injury after falling backwards off a Segway. Company representatives, jurors found, acted recklessly in allowing the man to ride the two-wheeled motorized scooter through an obstacle course blindfolded and while not wearing a helmet.
