The Virginia Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

Last year in Virginia (VA) 90 motorcyclists died and more than 2,000 were injured.  What sets a motorcycle accident apart from a passenger vehicle accident?  According to the National Highway Safety Administration motorcyclists' risk of a fatal crashes are 35 times greater than a passenger car.  Many times hiring an experienced Virginia motorcycle injury attorney may be the only way to get the insurance companies to compensate the family adequately.  With the victim deceased the only testimony the family may have towards their side is evidence from the crash scene.
