Five people were taken to the hospital following a crash between a pickup truck and a car at the intersection of Memorial Drive and Firetower Road in Winterville, North Carolina (NC). Authorities say that the accident happened when the pickup truck drove through the intersection and T-boned the car. No charges were immediately filed, but it is quite possible that some will be.
We hope all those injured make complete recoveries. While we can’t yet know for sure which driver is at fault, it is almost certain that the passengers in each vehicle have grounds for filing personal injury claims.
