The North Carolina Personal Injury Lawyers’ Perspective

Our thoughts and sympathy go out to all the victims of the accident, especially the children. Children are smaller, more fragile, easily thrown around in the car and more susceptible to injuries from the seat belt. Child injuries are extremely delicate and can affect them for the rest of their lives. If a driver of a car, bus or truck was at fault for an injured child, or caused his or her death, in an accident, you should act immediately and hire a North Carolina (NC) personal injury lawyer who you can trust to represent the injured child and protect his or her rights. Our firm has represented many injured children and understands the full scope of child injuries. With child injuries it may not as easy as one surgery, as that child grows more surgeries might be required. We strongly believe in treating our clients like family, we will fight for everything ethically possible to help assure that your child is taken care of. For example, our firm secured a $21 million structured settlement for a child who was seriously injured in an accident involving a large commercial truck.
