The North Carolina Injury Lawyers’ Perspective

Even though there are no lines painted in the water and few traffic signs posted on buoys, there are rules of the road for boats. When those rules are not followed, serious accidents can occur. While police are still investigating this accident, it is important that any evidence be maintained. Our North Carolina boating accident attorneys can preserve that evidence and review the facts of the wreck to help determine if any of the injured victims have cause to file personal injury claims.
