Fleeing Driver Kills Former Belmont, NC Mayor and a Passenger | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

A former mayor of Belmont, North Carolina (NC), and a passenger in his car were innocent victims of a police pursuit that turned deadly on February 22, 2012.
