As DUI personal injury attorneys, nothing saddens us more than to see lives altered and ended by drunk drivers. Our goal in every DUI manslaughter or wrongful death case to ensure that the family obtains maximum recovery for all related expenses, including medical bills, wages, pain, suffering, scars and permanent injuries. In some cases, we also will bring a claim for punitive damages. We also do our utmost to identify all possible sources of insurance money recovery.
We give our condolences to the family of the victim.
