The Virginia Wrongful Death Lawyers’ Perspective

Sadly, deadly motorcycle accidents have been on the rise during 2012. Too many of the fatal crashes were caused by drivers of cars, trucks or SUVs who failed to yield right of way to the bikers. Often, the person behind the wheel of a larger vehicle simply failed to look for approaching motorcycles before turning or changing lanes. As Virginia personal injury and wrongful death attorneys who have helped many motorcycle accident victims, we know that tragedy often results when drivers fail to share the road safely with riders.
