The Virginia Wrongful Death Lawyers’ Perspective

The crash occurred on a narrow two-lane road, where even a moment’s distraction or a wide swing around a minor curve can put one’s vehicle directly in the path of oncoming drivers. Since it’s too soon to know exactly what circumstances led to the head-on collision that caused Ruth Ann MacQueen to lose her life, speculation as to who was at fault would not just be pointless, but insensitive.

As Virginia Beach-based attorneys who have represented family members in many wrongful death lawsuits, as well as several injured victims of head-on collisions, we know that these types of traffic accidents are difficult for all involved. We send our condolences and wishes for speedy recoveries to all.
