Hundreds of Lawsuits are Filed Over Diabetes Drug Actos' Side Effects

My colleague Emily Mapp Brannon has written a new post for our firm's Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and Suffolk Injuryboard blog site about the large numbers of lawsuits now being filed against Takeda Pharmaceuticals over the drug Actos (pioglitazone).The litigation follows from studies that show a link between the diabetes drug and bladder cancer.

As demonstrated by this video, until recently bladder cancer was not touted as a potential side effect of Actos.
