In Criticizing Tort Law and Personal Injury Attorneys, John Stossel Show His Hypocrisy

In his latest post to our firm's Virginia Beach Injuryboard blog, my colleague Rick Shapiro calls out Fox News and ABC commentator John Stossel for his hypocrisy and lack of journalistic integrity in advocating so-called "tort reform" while doing a supposed expose on the problems with personal injury law and consumer protection regulations. Rick catalogs Stossel's long history of presenting half truths, as well as Stossel's own use of the services of a tort attorney to win a $425,000 settlement for a very questionable injury.
