The North Carolina Injury Attorney’s Perspective:

This crash demonstrates just how dangerous something so small as running a stop sign can be. Other drivers don’t stand a chance when a fast moving object slams into them unexpectedly. Though the man responsible for the crash has not yet been charged, police say criminal action is pending.

The victims should consider speaking with a North Carolina injury lawyer to weigh their legal options. Just because the at-fault driver faces criminal charges does not preclude the victims from seeking restitution through a civil claim.
