Kids on Motorcycles Require Helmets, Other Protections | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

In a post to our firm’s Virginia Beach, VA Car & Truck Accident Injury blog, my colleague John C. considers the recently tabled state law proposal to ban children younger than 8 years old from riding on motorcycles. John notes that the decision to let a kid ride depends on the child’s size, strength and maturity. He also stresses the importance of making children wear helmets.
