A man driving straight on Warwick Boulevard in Newport News, Virginia (VA), hit a van turning left and died from injuries suffered in the accident. In his latest post to the Virginia Beach Injuryboard, my colleague Rick Shapiro notes that improper turns caused more than 3,000 traffic accidents in Virginia during 2008. Rick further explains that while either driver can be found to be at fault in a left turn accident, the driver making the turn is much more likely to have liability for any injuries or damages caused.
