The Virginia Personal Injury Lawyers’ Perspective

Every left-turn accident case our Virginia personal injury law has handled began with either the turning driver failing to yield right of way to a vehicle going straight in the opposite direction, or the driver of the vehicle traveling straight not yielding or stopping at a sign or traffic light. We will have to wait to learn which error was made. All we do know at this point is one driver’s negligence caused a wreck that injured multiple people, potentially leaving that at-fault driver liable for providing compensation to the individuals who got hurt.
