The Virginia Injury Lawyers’ Perspective

The injured victim should consider speaking to a Virginia personal injury lawyer to discuss their legal options. It appears that the driver of the Honda may have negligently operated their vehicle causing this wreck. Obviously, as the facts sate, the Honda driver is facing criminal charges for failing to yield the right of way (see section 46.2-863). Failing to yield the right of way does constitute reckless driving.

If the victims were to pursue a personal injury claim against the driver, a criminal charge, or conviction, can be helpful in establishing liability since it indicates that the driver operated their vehicle in a reckless fashion.
