A man died following a boating accident in Harris, North Carolina (NC), after the person operating the watercraft took a sharp turn and crashed into an embankment, According to WCNC, the passenger, a 48- year-old native of Tennessee (TN), was thrown from the boat and died as a result of his injuries.
The boat’s operator went to Stanly Regional Medical Center after suffering minor injuries. Police are investigating the cause of the fatal crash.
