The North Carolina Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

Traffic signs are meant to be obeyed and when they are carelessly disregarded, as what appears to have occurred in this accident, the ramifications can be severe. The victim’s family should contact a North Carolina wrongful death attorney to see if it is feasible to pursue restitution through a civil claim against the driver of the Honda. Just because the Honda driver is facing criminal charges does not preclude the family from seeking some semblance of justice through the civil system.
