Brain Injury Victim Pushed Into Wall by Deputy Awarded $10M | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

A county has reached a $10 million settlement with a man who suffered a traumatic brain injury after a sheriff’s deputy shoved him into a wall, and some of the exact details may never be known since the case settled during trial before the Deputy testified.

Christopher Sean Harris, from Washington State (WA), suffered a catastrophic brain injury after the incident with the deputy and now requires around-the-clock care, the Seattle Times reported.
