We are truly sorry that such a terrible accident occurred, and offer our condolences to the victim’s loved ones at this time. Tractor-trailers can cause a massive amount of damage in a short amount of time to a smaller car. Those who drive trucks for a living have a special responsibility to do so safely. If you are in WV or VA truck accident, be sure to contact a qualified attorney who can determine if you have a case against the driver, trucking company, or anyone else who may be responsible for the crash.
