Any time a motorcycle wrecks, riders’ risks for serious injury or death are high. This makes avoiding accidents the highest priority for both motorcyclists and all car and truck drivers sharing the road. While it is unclear whether another vehicle was involved in this wreck, the attorneys with our Virginia Beach-based personal injury law firm have represented many victims of motorcycle accidents caused by oncoming drivers drifting into the biker’s lane or turning drivers failing to yield right of way to the motorcycle.

If police determine that either of those incident occurred, the injured motorcyclist and the family members of the woman killed in the Chesapeake crash should contact an experienced Virginia lawyer to discuss their legal options.
