The North Carolina Motorcycle Accident Lawyers’ Perspective

As North Carolina personal injury and wrongful death attorneys with offices in Elizabeth City, we have represented many bikers hit by distracted, drunk, impatient or inattentive drivers. Police did not tell reporters why the person behind the wheel turned into the path of the motorcyclist last Thursday, but that precise cause is less important than the tragic result. All drivers must watch for, and yield to, motorcycles when making left-hand turns.
