New FELA Claims Filed Against Norfolk Southern in West Virginia (WV)
Two West Virginia (WV) men who used to work for Norfolk southern have filed suits against the company after being serious injured and disabled while doing their jobs, my colleague Randy Appleton reports in his latest post to the Norfolk Injuryboard. The former trackman/machine operator and conductor are seeking judgments against NS under the Federal Employers' Liability Act. Randy notes that the men, who became injured in separate incidents, must prove that negligence by NS and its representatives led to their injuries in order to win their lawsuits.EJL
