New Trial Ordered in Richmond, VA Botox Brain Damage Case | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

Drugmaker Allergan convinced the judge to grant a new trial in the case, in part by calling into question the plaintiff lawyer’s actions during closing arguments.
