In his latest post to our firm’s Norfolk, VA Car & Truck Accident Injury Lawyers blog, my colleague Rick Shapiro reports that a third child pedestrian has been hit and injured while crossing a street within a single week. The Norfolk accident is the second recent one in that city and comes in the wake of a van driver’s hitting a young girl in Virginia Beach and leaving her with serious head injuries.
