A woman died following a traffic accdent in the 1300 block of West Pembroke Avenue in Hampton, Virginia (VA), on November 4, 2011. A Dodge Caravan and a Chevy S10 hit head-on, and the driver of each vehicle and a passenger in the minivan were taken to a hospital. The passenger of the Caravan was pronounced dead at the hospital.
