The North Carolina Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

What a tragedy. Two innocent people became the victims of a horrific car crash possibly because of the sheer stupidity of two other drivers. In this situation, the driver who hit the victims’ car can most likely be held accountable for the death of the child and the injuries to his grandmother. If it is determined that he was racing someone when the crash occurred, that other driver, if found, could also be partially responsible for the serious and fatal injuries incurred.
