The Virginia Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

Jet skis are fun, but they can be dangerous. Similar to motorcycles on the road, there is very little protecting the rider if an accident occurs. Also similar to driving on land, there are rules regarding operating boats and jet skis that have to be followed so no one gets hurt. Apparently the other jet ski rider was not abiding by those rules, and the family of the victim may want to file a wrongful death claim against him on behalf of the victim.
