North Stafford, VA SUV-Car Crash Leaves Four Injured
The driver of a 2011 GMC SUV was traveling on VA 610 when the driver tried to make a left turn onto Eustace Road. However, the driver pulled out in front of a Honda that was traveling the other way. The two vehicles collided, and the SUV overturned landing on its side. As a result, four people suffered injuries and were taken to Stafford Hospital Center for treatment. Police have charged the at-fault SUV driver with reckless driving, according to potomaclocal.com.
The extent of the victim's injuries is not known. If they suffer serious injuries that require extensive rehabilitation, time missed from work and large medical bills, speaking with a Virginia personal injury lawyer makes sense. An injury lawyer can help file the necessary paperwork, deal with the at-fault driver's insurance company, and pursue necessary damages to ensure the victims are not saddled with large bills as a result of an accident they did not cause.
