According to the Virginia State Police, there was a head-on crash on Virginia 670 near Virginia 122. A Chevy Silverado was driving east on the road when it crossed the yellow line and hit a Ford Crown Victoria head on.

We always are saddened by the needless loss of life that occurs in drunk driving accidents. If all drivers would simply take personal responsibility for their actions, such crashes would never happen.
Our law firm is strongly committed to reducing the number of DUI crashes in Virginia. That is the reason that we aggressively sue convicted drunk drivers in civil court on behalf of the injured and the families of the deceased.
Our personal injury law firm attempts to find every possible source of compensation for the victims and their families. There usually are several possible sources of insurance money that can be used to cover medical expenses, funeral costs, lost wages, and also compensation for long lasting injuries and rehab.
If your family has been devastated by a drunk driver, you also should remember that you can often receive punitive damages in these cases. That is appropriate if the convicted DUI driver is shown to have been grossly negligent.
