The North Carolina Lawyer Perspective:

Three people were injured in this accident, one of them with life-threatening injuries. This was a single car accident and the vehicle overturned. Although police are still investigating, one cause of the accident may have been excessive speed. Who knows how long the road to recovery for these injured victims may be.

Should the injured parties have any questions concerning responsibility for their injuries, they should contact an experienced North Carolina personal injury attorney to discuss their potential claims.
