The Virginia Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

Our deepest sympathies go out to the victim’s family. Losing a loved one is never easy, but the pain is even worse when the loss is sudden and the victim had their whole lives ahead of them. The family should consider speaking to a Virginia wrongful death attorney to discuss their legal options. Charges have not been filed as of the date of this posting, but the reports indicate that the driver may have negligently operated the vehicle by speeding.
