Passenger Seriously Injured in West Little Creek Road Accident | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

What Happened:

An accident on the 200 block of West Little Creek Road in Norfolk, Virginia (VA) led to a passenger suffering serious injuries.

Reports indicate that the driver lost control of their vehicle, struck a curb, then slammed into a utility pole, according to Wavy.com. There was a passenger in the vehicle and they remain in critical condition.

The Virginia Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

The critically injured passenger, or a member of the passenger’s family, should speak to a Norfolk personal injury lawyer to discuss their legal options. It appears from the facts available that the driver may have negligently operated the vehicle causing this awful wreck. It’s possible that the driver and the injured passenger were friends. This should not dissuade the passenger from filing a claim since any damages would be paid by the driver’s insurance policy, if they have car insurance.
