Pedestrian Hit and Killed by Pickup Truck in Virginia Beach | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

What Happened:

A pedestrian died in Virginia Beach Dec. 28 when he was struck and killed by a Chevy pickup truck. The accident happened at the corner of Virginia Beach Blvd. and Aragona Blvd. Media reports indicated that the pedestrian was wearing dark clothes when he was killed. It was dark and raining at the time of the accident.

Police stated that the man stepped of the median between Aragona Blvd. and Taldan Ave. when he was hit.

Charges have not been filed against the driver at this time.
