Proving a “mild traumatic brain injury”/closed head injury at a jury trial can be challenging, especially when a client is walking and talking and by many appearances, looks fine. However, serious memory and cognitive functioning issues can exist, and must be proven by an injury trial lawyer. We posted a prior brain injury case result verdict from a West Virginia court jury of $365,000.00, and explain how we assisted our client, a West Virginia (WV) railroad engineer where everything was contested and fought by his railroad employer (it was an FELA lawsuit by the engineer against his employer).
