Railroad Accident in Williamsburg Results in Serious Leg Injury | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

What Happened:

A 22-year-old man was hit by a CSX train in Williamsburg, Virginia (VA). Fortunately, the man was able to call 911 to report his injury.

Reports indicate that the man was on the tracks in the 6100 block of Richmond Road when the CSX train hit him in the early morning, according to hamptonroads.com.

James City County police indicated that the man suffered a serious leg injury and had to be flown to a Richmond hospital.
