Saving Lives and Reducing Accidents by Restricting Teen Drivers

Maryland introduced new safety initiatives in 2009, limiting the amount of passengers allowed in cars operated by teens. The results are overwhelmingly positive, and hint at what causes these crashes. My personal injury attorney colleague Rick Shapiro wrote about the positive effects of the teen driver restrictions on our firm's Norfolk Injuryboard blog.
