Safety a Growing Concern for a Growing HRT | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

New bus routes, expanded ferry services and a construction new light rail system top the list of HRT’s impressive accomplishments for 2009. Tidewater’s public transportation agency will also soon be moving into a new headquarters complex in down town Norfolk. As Hampton Roads Transit makes these needed advances, my colleague John C. notes in his latest post to the Norfolk Injuryboard, the largely publicly funded agency needs to redouble its efforts to protect passengers, operators and others on the region’s roads and waterways.
